We provide professional development courses, digital information products, and physical merchandise. These Terms apply to each category as outlined below.
2. Professional Development Courses
Our courses are instructor-led or self-paced experiences designed to enhance individual competencies. Access details, schedules, and prerequisites are provided at the time of enrollment.
3. Information Products
Digital materials such as downloads, video tutorials, or e-manuscripts. Access credentials and instructions are delivered electronically after purchase.
4. Physical Merchandise
Branded items or printed materials shipped to your address. Availability and shipping estimates are shown at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Courses
You may request a refund of course fees under the following conditions:
- If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, a full refund of paid fees is available.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, a partial refund of 50% is available.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund due to seat reservation and resource allocation.
- One rescheduling option is provided if requested at least 7 days before the original start date; rescheduling requests made later will not be accepted.
5.2 Information Products
Due to immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are granted only if no access credentials have been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase. Once access is initiated, refunds are not permitted.
5.3 Physical Merchandise
Product replacements or refunds are available for items shipped back in undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipped-back items must include all original packaging. Shipping costs for sending merchandise back are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the shipped-back item, a refund will be issued for the item price.
6. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To request assistance, please complete our contact form. Our team will review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
